The CV-10-P is a direct-acting, spring-loaded cartridge check valve designed to allow hydraulic flow in one direction while preventing reverse flow. It installs in a standard 10-2 cavity and is suitable for compact hydraulic manifold systems.

Overview

The CV-10-P cartridge check valve is a direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic valve designed to permit flow in one direction and block flow in the opposite direction.

Its spring-biased poppet provides dependable sealing, low internal leakage and reliable operation in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems.

Operating Principle

Pressure at port 1 overcomes the spring-biased poppet and allows free flow from port 1 to port 2. Flow in the opposite direction, from port 2 to port 1, is blocked by the poppet.

Free flow: port 1 to port 2
Blocked flow: port 2 to port 1
