Overview

The LSV2-10-4 CO is a four-way, two-position spool-type cartridge solenoid valve designed to control the direction of hydraulic flow.

Its compact cartridge construction makes it suitable for hydraulic manifold blocks, power units, mobile machinery and industrial actuator-control systems.

Operating Principle

When the solenoid is de-energized, the valve allows flow from port 3 to port 2 and from port 1 to port 4.

When the solenoid is energized, the cartridge spool shifts and allows flow from port 2 to port 1 and from port 4 to port 3.

Manual Override

An optional manual override allows the valve to be operated without electrical power. Push the override button in, turn it counterclockwise and release it to hold the spool in the shifted position.

To return the valve to normal operation, push the button in, turn it clockwise and release it.
