Overview

The LSV2-10-2 NCP is a normally closed, two-way, two-position pilot-operated cartridge solenoid valve designed for hydraulic flow control applications.

Its compact cartridge construction allows the valve to be installed in hydraulic manifold blocks, mobile machinery and industrial hydraulic systems. The pilot-operated poppet structure provides reliable sealing, low internal leakage and efficient electrically operated flow control.

Operating Principle

When the solenoid is de-energized, the valve operates as a check valve, allowing flow from port 1 while blocking flow from port 2.

When the solenoid is energized, the poppet lifts from the valve seat and opens the flow path.

Manual Override

A manual override is available for operating the valve without electrical power. Push the override button in, turn it counterclockwise and release it. The valve then remains mechanically open in the detented position.
