This hydraulic power unit is specially designed for hot-melt butt welding machines. It integrates a high-pressure gear pump, AC motor, central valve block, cartridge valve and oil tank.

A plug-in hydraulic lock combined with an accumulator helps maintain stable pressure during operation. The compact structure supports intermittent motor starting for improved energy efficiency.

Optional motor power ranges from 0.75 kW to 3 kW, with 220–380V voltage options and iron or plastic oil tanks available.
