The SONGEE AC Hydraulic Power Pack is specially designed for machine tool clamping systems. It integrates a high-pressure gear pump, AC motor, central valve block, cartridge valves, and oil tank in a compact and efficient structure.

The double-acting design is equipped with a hydraulic lock pressure-maintaining device, which maintains stable clamping pressure and avoids loosening or pressure fluctuation.

The motor operates intermittently—starting only when pressure drops— saving energy and extending component life. Motor power options are 0.75–1.5 kW, voltage options are 220–380V AC, and oil tanks are available in iron or plastic.

Special Notes

• S3 intermittent duty only.
• 10 seconds ON / 90 seconds OFF.
• Keep the cylinder, pipe, and fittings clean before installation.
• Recommended hydraulic oil viscosity: 15–68 cSt.
• Use ISO VG46 in summer and ISO VG32 in winter.
• Check the tank oil level before first operation.
• Replace the hydraulic oil after the first 100 hours, and then every 3,000 hours.
