- Overview
This hydraulic power unit is specially designed for dump trailers. It integrates a high-pressure gear pump, DC carbon brush motor, central valve block, cartridge valve and oil tank.
It uses a typical single-acting principle: lifting relies on motor power, while lowering relies on the self-weight of the load.
The system can be equipped with a built-in constant-speed balance valve and an external adjustable flow valve. Iron and plastic oil tanks are available.

Special Notes
- S3 intermittent duty only
- 10 seconds ON / 90 seconds OFF
- Keep the cylinder, pipe and fittings clean before installation
- Recommended hydraulic oil viscosity: 15–68 cSt
- Use ISO VG46 in summer and ISO VG32 in winter
- Check the tank oil level before first operation
- Replace hydraulic oil after the first 100 hours, and then every 3,000 hours
